2. Scope of Services

WooLinker.com sells exclusively digital software products, including WordPress and WooCommerce plugins distributed under license.

No physical goods are delivered.

3. Formation of the Contract

A contract is formed when:

  • payment is successfully processed; and
  • the Customer receives purchase confirmation.

The contract is concluded at distance under EU consumer law.

4. License Types

Each product page specifies the license type purchased.

Licenses may include:

4.1 Lifetime License

  • One-time payment
  • Lifetime use on permitted domains
  • Updates and support as specified on the product page

4.2 Annual License

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Includes updates and support during the active period
  • May require renewal to continue receiving updates

If automatic renewal applies, it will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. License Grant and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the product
  • Share license keys
  • Reverse engineer for redistribution
  • Publish modified versions as your own

Unauthorized use may result in license suspension without refund.

6. Updates and License Validation

Plugins may periodically verify license validity by transmitting:

  • License key
  • Associated domain

Failure to maintain a valid license may result in loss of updates and support access.

7. Support Policy

Support scope and duration are defined on the product page.

Support includes:

  • Installation assistance
  • Bug troubleshooting
  • Compatibility checks within supported environments

Support excludes:

  • Custom development
  • Server configuration
  • Third-party software unrelated to compatibility

Response time target: up to 48 business hours.

8. Compatibility Disclaimer

Our plugins are developed using official WooCommerce public APIs and best practices.

However, we do not guarantee compatibility with:

  • All third-party plugins or themes
  • Unsupported PHP or WordPress versions
  • Custom server configurations

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups before installing updates.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts.

However, for digital content delivered electronically:

By completing the purchase and initiating download or activation, the Customer expressly agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges loss of the right of withdrawal.

This consent is collected at checkout.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Digital Products are provided “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TER22 AREA S.R.L. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Data loss

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of:

  • License abuse
  • Fraud
  • Chargebacks
  • Breach of these Terms

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU regulations.
