END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

WooLinker.com Software License Agreement
Effective Date: 01 February 2026

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) governs the use of all software products (“Plugins” or “Software”) provided by WooLinker.com and operated by:

By purchasing, installing, downloading, activating, or using any WooLinker plugin, you agree to this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a:

Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license

to use the plugin under the conditions described below.

This license grants usage rights only.
No ownership of the software is transferred.

3. License Scope (Single-Site License)

Each license permits:

  • Installation on one (1) WordPress website
  • Use on one (1) production domain

Separate licenses are required for additional websites.

4. Development and Staging Environments

Temporary installation on staging, development, or local environments is permitted provided:

  • Only one production domain is actively licensed
  • Staging environments are not publicly monetized commercial sites.

5. License Validation

Some plugins may require license validation for:

  • Automatic updates
  • Support eligibility
  • Premium functionality

License validation may transmit:

  • Domain name
  • License key

No telemetry or behavioral tracking is collected via the plugins.

6. Updates and Support

Where applicable, an active license may include:

  • Software updates
  • Security patches
  • Compatibility updates
  • Technical support

Support scope is defined in the Support Policy.

Expired licenses may continue functioning but may lose:

  • Update access
  • Support eligibility
  • Download access.

7. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the plugin on the licensed website
  • Customize the plugin for internal use
  • Use it in commercial or non-commercial projects within license limits.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute or resell plugin files
  • Share license keys publicly or privately
  • Offer the plugin as part of SaaS resale services
  • Publish modified versions commercially
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Reverse engineer for redistribution
  • Bypass license validation systems
  • Use nulled or cracked versions.

Violation may result in license termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, branding, and related materials remain the intellectual property of:

TER22 AREA S.R.L.

This Agreement does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

10. Compatibility Disclaimer

Plugins are developed according to:

  • WordPress standards
  • WooCommerce public APIs
  • Modern PHP compatibility guidelines.

However, compatibility cannot be guaranteed with:

  • All third-party plugins or themes
  • Unsupported hosting environments
  • Custom code implementations.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups before updates.

11. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Software is provided “as is” and “as available”
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.

Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

12. License Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate licenses if:

  • Unauthorized redistribution is detected
  • Licensing limits are exceeded
  • Fraudulent activity occurs
  • Terms, License Policy, or this Agreement are violated.

Termination may result in loss of:

  • Updates
  • Support access
  • Download access.

13. Refund Relationship

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

License termination may occur if a refund is granted.

14. Privacy and Data Processing

Any personal data processing related to licensing, support, or purchases is governed by the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by:

  • Romanian law
  • Applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

16. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement when:

  • Legal requirements change
  • Licensing systems evolve
  • Products are updated.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
