Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This End-User License Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d or \u201cEULA\u201d) governs the use of all software products (\u201cPlugins\u201d or \u201cSoftware\u201d) provided by WooLinker.com and operated by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TER22 AREA S.R.L.<\/strong><br>Trade Register: J2018001796222<br>CUI: RO39590977<br>Ia\u0219i, Romania<br>Email: <a>ter22@woolinker.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By purchasing, installing, downloading, activating, or using any WooLinker plugin, you agree to this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-license-grant\">2. License Grant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon purchase, you are granted a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"non-exclusive-non-transferable-revocable-license\">Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to use the plugin under the conditions described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This license grants usage rights only.<br>No ownership of the software is transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-license-scope-single-site-license\">3. License Scope (Single-Site License)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each license permits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation on one (1) WordPress website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use on one (1) production domain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Separate licenses are required for additional websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-development-and-staging-environments\">4. Development and Staging Environments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temporary installation on staging, development, or local environments is permitted provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only one production domain is actively licensed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staging environments are not publicly monetized commercial sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-license-validation\">5. License Validation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some plugins may require license validation for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automatic updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support eligibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premium functionality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">License validation may transmit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Domain name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License key<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No telemetry or behavioral tracking is collected via the plugins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-updates-and-support\">6. Updates and Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable, an active license may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security patches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compatibility updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Support scope is defined in the Support Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expired licenses may continue functioning but may lose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support eligibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-permitted-uses\">7. Permitted Uses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the plugin on the licensed website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customize the plugin for internal use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use it in commercial or non-commercial projects within license limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"8-prohibited-uses\">8. Prohibited Uses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may NOT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Redistribute or resell plugin files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share license keys publicly or privately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer the plugin as part of SaaS resale services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish modified versions commercially<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove copyright notices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reverse engineer for redistribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bypass license validation systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use nulled or cracked versions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violation may result in license termination without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"9-intellectual-property\">9. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All software, documentation, branding, and related materials remain the intellectual property of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TER22 AREA S.R.L.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement does not transfer intellectual property ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"10-compatibility-disclaimer\">10. Compatibility Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plugins are developed according to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WordPress standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WooCommerce public APIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modern PHP compatibility guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, compatibility cannot be guaranteed with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All third-party plugins or themes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unsupported hosting environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom code implementations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are responsible for maintaining backups before updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"11-liability-limitation\">11. Liability Limitation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software is provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"12-license-suspension-or-termination\">12. License Suspension or Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or terminate licenses if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unauthorized redistribution is detected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licensing limits are exceeded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent activity occurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terms, License Policy, or this Agreement are violated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Termination may result in loss of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"13-refund-relationship\">13. Refund Relationship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">License termination may occur if a refund is granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"14-privacy-and-data-processing\">14. Privacy and Data Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any personal data processing related to licensing, support, or purchases is governed by the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"15-governing-law\">15. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement is governed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Romanian law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable EU consumer protection regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"16-updates-to-this-agreement\">16. Updates to This Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this Agreement when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal requirements change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licensing systems evolve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products are updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latest version will always be available on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"17-contact\">17.
